Dr. Michael Sadowski, DC.
I was introduced to the natural healing of chiropractic when I was injured running track in high school. After spending several months in sports rehab with minimal results I decided to try chiropractic. I received my first adjustment in 1989. After only a few weeks of treatment I fully recovered from my injury. From that point forward I was determined to pursue a career in chiropractic myself.
I graduated from Hillsdale College in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. I earned a scholarship and played football for 4 years and ran track for one year while attending college. I attended Life University in Marietta, Georgia and graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1997.
After Chiropractic College I worked as an independent doctor at a family practice in Commerce Township for 6 months. I opened Total Health Chiropractic PC in 1998. In 2003 we expanded our clinic to a freestanding building in Highland. The clinic is a wellness center providing chiropractic care, massage therapy and personal training. My wife Carolyn and I met at our 10 year high school reunion and work together at the clinic.
Office Manager and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Carolyn attended Irene's Myomassology in Southfield, Michigan. She graduated in 2004. She continued on to be Nationally certified after graduating massage school. She must do continuing education to maintain her certification: 42 hours plus 6 hours of ethics. Currently she performs, Neuromuscular therapy, Sports massage, Prenatal massage, Swedish massage, Reflexology, Chair massage, Infant massage, Trigger point therapy, and Table Thai. Carolyn received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton receiving a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology in 1997. Carolyn is originally from Warren, Michigan. She graduated with Dr. Sadowski at Paul K. Cousino High School in Macomb County. Carolyn is married to Dr. Sadowski.
